One guest has expressed interest in collecting returnables from the RVs in the park. They are putting a container with a lid to the left of the garbage bin, and they are collecting it every day, so the bears do not get curious. Please feel free to leave any returnables there that you do not want to return yourself. Also, if the container is not there, it means that the returnables will not be collected that day. Please put your returnables directly into the garbage bin or keep them with you until the container is back.
This is a trial run to see if we can keep the returnables out of the landfill, keep our garbage area clean, and not attract bears while we do it. If we need to stop the collection, I will put up another post. Let me know if you have any questions.
