As you are probably aware, if there is an emergency at Twin Creeks, we are on our own until emergency services can get to us. So we need to be prepared to handle our own needs. The park does have an emergency response plan, and in 2024, Harvey and I introduced interested volunteers to our emergency protocol in the event that something happens, and we are not on site.
We will be holding our annual emergency preparation session on Sunday, May 25 at 1:00 p.m. If you are interested in learning, or refreshing, what to do in the event of fire or power outs, please email or text me to let me know. If this day does not work for you, please email me a couple of alternative days and times. We are flexible with the date, and we will set the day and time when most people are available to attend.
